You will need to drive traffic to your web site… and not just any traffic – buying traffic!
You need to drive buyers to your web site!
How do you drive BUYERS to your web site?
There are a lot of ways to drive traffic to your web site – some very expensive, and some very FREE!
Ok now I'm going to switch gears here. Suppose that you figure out how to get buyers to 'A WEB SITE' – any web site! It doesn't matter if it costs you money to get buyers to that web site or if it's FREE – you know how to get 'those who want to buy what you are selling' to any web site – of course this would be the web site where you can sell this product or service and make some money. Sounds good – makes sense!
So now that you know how to get the buyers to where they can do exactly what it is that they want to do – BUY! then all you need to do is figure out what to sell them. What's hot – what's being bought up every day online by more people than you can imagine…
What are you going to sell them?
I'm not going to answer that here – actually everything that I suggest or promote to you will help you figure out exactly what YOU should be promoting. You see each of us think differently and have different ideas of where to look for a product or service to promote. I'm doing my thing… how about you?!

Pay Per Click (PPC)
Everyone knows about PPC generated traffic – that's the traffic you get from Googl, Yahoo, Bing, and many more – you are charged each time someone clicks on your AD from the respective network. Cost? $0.01 to $50.00 per click. Now mostly the cost per click (CPC) will be under $1.00 per click – but there are some keywords that will cost more – why? Because of the competition – the more advertisers, the higher the CPC.
There are some advertising networks that charge a flat daily, weekly, or monthly fee to have your ad viewed on certain sites. Usually this type of advertising requirs graphic banners for these ads – text advertising isn't normal here. This implies that you are going to me making money to offset the production and advertising expenses. Think about this for sometime in the future.
Organic Traffic From The Search Engine Networks
While PPC and other PAID advertising is the fastest and most reliable way to get traffic to your web site(s), it's not always possible to be able to afford this advertising when you are starting out.
There are ways to get the search engines to see your site and get it listed in the 'Organic' results part of the search pages. Take a look at Google and do a search for something – anything. Notice the 'ads' along the top and right side – they aren't always there, but you know what I'm talking about.
People are going to start clicking on whatever gets their attention – the title and description paragraph are so important to get someone enticed to click on your ad. If it's in the paid ad space (top and right side) then you are charged for their clicking on your ad. If they click on an ad in the 'Organic' area of the search results, then there is no cost or fee involved – this is what every advertiser works towards!
Conclusion
When we talk about FREE advertising or a way to get people to a web site for FREE… we are talking about using some sort of technique to get our web site info (ADS) into the area of the search results on search result pages where it doesn't cost when someone clicks to get to our site.
When someone is just starting out maybe they don't have an budget and have to resort to this kind of advertising exclusively. Most Internet Marketers use this FREE or Organic advertising along with their paid campaigns. Only makes sense that they would use both.
If you can afford some PPC or other paid advertising then use it! Paid advertising will bring in a lot more traffic and buyers out of the gate on a new project.
Don't look for just one way to market or advertise online – there is no such thing as 'one perfect plan' – your business requires a balanced approach to marketing. Likewise there is no one training program out there! I've found that several programs together really gets all of the details across – don't stop learning!
